F45 TRAINING:

The F stands for “functional” and the 45 is for the amount of minutes this cardio and strength training lasts for. In and out in less than an hour! With a mix of HIIT training, strength training and cardiovascular training you will accomplish all your goals in 45 minutes. Every class is different since there is a database of over 3000 exercises for the instructors to present to you. ORANGE THEORY

Stay in the ORANGE! What does that mean? This workout is all about staying in your perfect heart rate zone. Before class you wear your heart rate monitor and it’s displayed up on the screen above so you can see if you need to push yourself a little harder and take a little gas off the pedal. Half of the workout is interval cardio consists of treadmills, bikes, ellipticals and rowers. The other half strength training with TRX straps, benches, free weights, resistance bands, and/or BOSU balls. No matter what your level of fitness is, this workout is great because it’s designed for you as an individual and go at your own pace. PURE BARRE

“Small movements. Big results.” A low-intensity workout for strength, toning & agility. Pure Barre is a TOTAL body workout that gets you results without all the big strong movements like swinging a kettle bell or running on a treadmill. TITLE BOXING

Looking for a sweat-dripping, muscle-moving, stress-relieving exercise, the Title Boxing is just what you need. These classes are for all abilities and you can kick and punch at your own level during a kickboxing session. This is a full-body workout where you don’t always work on the bag, you’ll also have an ab workout, pushups, jog-in-place, high-kicks, etc. You can also have private training at these studios as well.
