Don’t go crazy and do a 2 hour gym sesh, especially with all that Christmas grub and liquid you had the night before. It’ll come out in such the WRONG way! So instead, walk it off or if the the weather is not permitting, walk around your home. Still feeling the lazy bloat then grab a friend or family member to gossip with while walking it off – hey any little bit helps.

Hallmark Christmas Movie Breaks

Every year Hallmark comes out with more and more Christmas movies, this year it’s over 40. Whether we like to admit it or not, a lot of us (ME) are addicted to them but we have watch with those commercials right!?!? So instead, take advantage of those commercials and do some squats, crunches or even slide off your chair a bit and do some tricep dips. Then when the movie is back on you wont feel so guilty eating that dip!

Whatever you do, remember it’s not your fault it’s all because of the Christmas sugar cookies!
