Fitness Classes are in abundance at The BodyHoliday all day long they have a schedule starting from 7am going through 6pm. Spinning, pilates, boxing, tai chi, yoga, ab class, aqua fit and SO much more! The also provide golf & tennis lessons in groups or private sessions.
Water Sports are available too. Looking to be in the sun and still be active ~ NO PROBLEM ~ they offer kayaking, paddle boarding, beach volleyball, tubing, sailing, water skiing and so many more water adventures. Their staff will be there for instructions and encouragement all day long, everyday!
Adventure Excursions are quite incredible that are offered to explore the island. Waterfalls, volcano, rain forest, hiking, biking, snorkeling and dolphin watching. Hike up a mountain and propel down a waterfall on their abseiling adventure or climb the famous Piton mountains by hiking the whole way up or taking it easy with a shorter hike and checking out the breathtaking views. You’ll have a guided tour on all your St. Lucia adventures whether you’re sweating through it or exploring as a leisure activity.
