What is the Fast Metabolism Diet Plan?

This is a 28 Day plan that is broken down into 3 phases each week for 4 weeks.  It elicits a metabolic change in your body to burn more fat and helps you to convince your mind and your body to want to eat more healthy.  With this diet you have 5 meals a day and you should always drink your water.  The recommended water intake is 1/2 your body weight in ounces.

Phase I – Carbs & Fruits

Phase II – Proteins & Vegetables

Phase III – All Above & Healthy Oils & Fats
