3 Day Military Diet Detox

The 3-Day Military Diet is one of the most popular diets for many reasons.

  1. It’s simple and very easy to follow
  2. It’s only 3 days of strict dieting
  3. It’s not a lot of ingredients at all
  4. If you follow the diet correctly, YOU WILL lose weight!

This is a low calorie diet, 1 less than 1500 calories a day.  They say you can lose 10 pounds in 3 days but let’s be realistic, you will lose up to 10 pounds after the 3 days.  Always drink a lot of water when dieting, as it helps curb the hunger cravings.
Follow the military diet for 3 days and then take 4 days off and you can repeat the military diet for as many weeks as you want or are able to.Let’s get to it, here’s the diet plan:
DAY 1
Breakfast–1/2 Grapefruit, 1 slice of Toast, 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter and Coffee or Tea
Lunch–1/2 cup of Tuna, 1 slice of Toast and Coffee or Tea (any brew, as long as it’s caffeinated)
Dinner–3 ounces of any type of meat, 1 cup of Green Beans, 1/2 Banana, 1 small Apple and 1 cup of Vanilla Ice Cream (SWEET!)
Tips to try out:

  • Warm the apple and/or banana and eat them over the ice cream.
  • Cook the green beans with the meat or simmer them in broth.

Day 2
Breakfast–1 egg, 1 slice of Toast and 1/2 Banana
Lunch–1 cup of Cottage Cheese (or 1 slice of Cheddar Cheese), 1 Hard Boiled Egg and 5 Saltine Crackers
Dinner–2 Hot Dogs (no buns), 1 cup of Broccoli, 1/2 cup of Carrots, 1/2 Banana and 1/2 cup of Vanilla Ice Cream

Day 3
Breakfast–5 Saltine Crackers, 1 slice of Cheddar Cheese and 1 small apple
Lunch–1 Hard Boiled Egg and 1 slice of Toast
Dinner–1 cup of Tuna, 1/2 Banana and 1 cup of Vanilla Ice Cream
